If you're passionate about promoting health in high-performance environments — this role is for you Job Responsibilities: ➢ Conduct nutrition-screening surveys and assessments (e.g., BMI, dietary habits, metabolic risk factors) for employees. ➢ Develop meal plans, dietary guidelines, and behavior-change strategies tailored to shift-workers, cafeteria menu design, and high-stress work schedules. ➢ Lead workshops, seminars, webinars, and campaigns focused on heart health, weight management, diabetes prevention, and stress-related eating behaviors. ➢ Generate periodic reports and recommendations for continuous improvement. ➢ Coordinate with HR, occupational health, food services, and facilities to align nutrition efforts with safety, shift schedules, and ergonomics. ➢ Ensure all wellness programs comply with local regulations, ethical standards, and data privacy considerations.
