  • People on LinkedIn don’t care about you. Important reminder from Brand Manager Chloe Fox! - Don’t care about that award you just won.  - Don’t care about your speaking gigs.  - Don’t care about your free giveaway.  - Don’t care about your new book.  - Don’t care about your business.  - Don’t care about your services.  - Don’t care about your offering.  - Don’t care about your team.  - Don’t care about your wins.  - Don’t care about you. That is, until you give them a reason. Until you make yourself someone they WANT to know more about. A key way to do that is fairly simple ⤵️ ✅ Share valuable content  ✅ Share insightful stories  ✅ Share relatable and authentic posts Because unless you’re providing your audience with value and making yourself someone they can relate to… Well, they simply won’t follow your journey. They won’t feel impacted enough to care about the rest of it. Anyone you follow actively online, following their journey, celebrating their wins: You do so because they sold their story and their value to you. They painted a picture you wanted in on. They made you feel something. ➡️ And you bought into it. People on LinkedIn don’t care, but they will if you do the above ☝️ ♻️ Repost this to help your network.  And follow our page LeverBrands for more!

99% of jobs can be taught. This is the story of LeverBrands’ first hire. As told by Managing Director Nader Alajjar. Earlier this year, it was just me at LeverBrands - an idea, a vision, and a ton of work. Things moved quickly, and I realised I couldn’t do it alone anymore. The logical move? Hire someone with experience, someone who already knew the space and could hit the ground running. But then Thomas Pearce 's name came up, and I decided to set up an interview On paper, he wasn’t the “perfect candidate” He had some relevant experience but didn’t tick all the 'traditional' boxes. But here’s what I saw: 🧠 A growth mindset – the ability to learn and adapt. 🤔 Curiosity – the kind that drives the best ideas. 💪 Ambition – he wanted to build something great. And that was more than enough for me. Before the call ended I offered him the job. And what a decision that was. Fast forward and Tom’s taken on massive responsibility, delivered incredible results, and become a core part of the team. It just goes to show: Hire for potential, not just experience. 99% of jobs can be taught. ♻️ Repost this to help your network.  And follow our page LeverBrands for more!

  • A CEO’s mind is full of content. You just need to know how to dig. A great reminder from Brand Manager Carina Farrell Most CEOs don’t know what to post. Not because they lack insights. But because they don’t know how to articulate them. Last year, I was on a panel, and someone asked me: "How do you write content for a CEO who says they have nothing to say?" So here's the advice I gave 👇 Every CEO has stories, insights, and opinions. The problem? They’re not always being asked the right questions. Instead of vague prompts like: ❌ "What do you want to post this week?" ❌ "Do you have any stories to share?" Try these instead: ✅ "What’s a common industry myth you completely disagree with?" ✅ "What’s one mistake you made as a leader that changed your perspective?" ✅ "If you had to start your company again from scratch, what would you do differently?" ✅ "What’s a hard decision you had to make recently, and how did you handle it?" A CEO’s mind is a goldmine of content. But you need to know how to dig. If your CEO keeps saying, "I don’t have a story," You’re just asking the wrong questions. ♻️ Repost this to help your network.  And follow our page LeverBrands for more!

  • The best jobs don’t go to the most skilled. They go to the most visible. Wise words from Brand Manager Chloe Fox! A few years ago, I thought career growth was all about skill. - I worked hard - I built experience - I put in ALL of the hours I waited for opportunities to land in my lap. Spoiler: They didn’t. Because here’s the truth no one tells you: Being great at what you do isn’t enough. People need to know you exist. The moment I started posting, engaging, and building my personal brand? That’s when things changed. ✅ More opportunities. ✅ More conversations. ✅ More doors opening without me even knocking. Not because I suddenly became better at my job overnight. But because I became visible. If you’re sitting there wondering why your career isn’t moving as fast as you want… Ask yourself: Do people actually know who you are? Because in today’s world, the best opportunities don’t always go to the most skilled. They go to the most recognised. Your career growth starts with your personal brand. So be honest with yourself.  Are you showing up? ⤵ ♻️ Repost this to help your network.  And follow our page LeverBrands for more!

  • Most people fail at personal branding because they focus on the wrong things. A reality check for creators from Nader Alnajjar! Most people obsess over: ❌ What should I post today? ❌ How do I go viral? ❌ Should I copy what big creators are doing? ❌ Why aren’t my numbers growing fast enough? Instead, they should be asking: ✅ What do I want to be known for? ✅ How can I attract the right audience? ✅ What’s my long-term strategy? If you’re serious about building a personal brand that actually gets results,  follow these Do’s & Don’ts: 1️⃣ Profile Optimisation 👍 Do: Be clear about who you help and how. 🚫 Don’t: Be vague or try to appeal to everyone. 👍 Do: Understand your audience’s pain points. 🚫 Don’t: Assume you know what they struggle with. 👍 Do: Have a clear banner that tells people what you do. 🚫 Don’t: Use a generic or irrelevant banner. 👍 Do: Keep your headline clear and concise. 🚫 Don’t: Overcomplicate it with buzzwords. 2️⃣ Content Curation 👍 Do: Stick to 3-5 content pillars. 🚫 Don’t: Talk about everything and anything. 👍 Do: Structure content into a funnel. 🚫 Don’t: Focus on one part of the funnel. 👍 Do: Test what works and double down. 🚫 Don’t: Post blindly without analysing results. 3️⃣ Engagement 👍 Do: Spend time on LinkedIn before and after posting — engagement is a two-way street. 🚫 Don’t: Hit post and bounce. 4️⃣ Flow of Attention 👍 Do: Funnel attention toward the next step — newsletter, landing page, contact form. 🚫 Don’t: Let attention die at the follower count. Use it or lose it. Attention is easy to get. Harder to keep. Even harder to convert. Most people waste it. Don’t be one of them. Use these Do’s & Don’ts, apply them consistently, and watch what happens. 🔗 Save this post & start implementing today. ♻️ Repost this to help your network.  And follow our page LeverBrands for more!

  • It's no longer about being the best. It's about being the best-known. Expert advice from Brand Manager Thomas Pearce This is true not only of marketing... But of your career as well. Reputation has always mattered in the working world. Now, in 2025, you have a tool to control it: Your personal brand. You can take control of how you're perceived. If you don't... others will decide for you. Take control of your career in 3 simple steps: 1. Identify your goals. ↳ What do you want?  ↳ A job? More money? Lead gen? That answer guides your next steps. 2. Study the greats. ↳ Name your 5 favourite big creators. ↳ Study what they do and aim to do it better. 3. Bias for action. ↳ Know your topics and formats... ↳ And simply start posting. No excuses. People think you have to come up with a new equation... In order to stand out. ➡️ Wrong. There is a formula for social media. You just need to know it and take advantage. Because if it won't be you, it'll be someone else. Start building, do it every day, and eventually, with time, the opportunities will come. ♻️ Repost this to help your network.  And follow our page LeverBrands for more!

  • ChatGPT doesn't care about your feelings. Brilliant insights from Managing Director Nader Alnajjar. Most of us think staying quiet is safer, that our work will speak for itself. But in reality, silence doesn’t protect you. It keeps you invisible. Harsh truth: Someone less talented than you is already sharing their story, building their personal brand, and getting the opportunities you’re missing. This is why building a personal brand matters: 1. Visibility = credibility.  ↳ If no one knows you’re an expert, they’ll assume you’re not. 2. Opportunities find you.  ↳ The right clients, partners, or employers will come to you—if they know you exist 3. You lead with influence. ↳ When you share your story, people connect with your vision, trust your voice, and follow your lead. So, are you going to let someone else take your opportunities? ♻️ Repost this to help your network.  And follow our page LeverBrands for more!

Founder of LeverBrands | I help CEOs and Founders grow and monetise their LinkedIn audience.

A great company isn’t built by one person. It’s built by the team behind it. When we first started LeverBrands we worked in my living room. A small team with big dreams. Now, as we’ve grown, I’ve realised: It’s easy to look at a company and see only its results. But what really drives those results are the people behind the scenes. When I look at this team, I see more than roles or titles. I see: → People who believe in the vision. → People who trust each other to deliver. → People who care about the work they’re doing. You don’t grow a team just to get more work done. You grow it because the right people make you better. As a company, as a leader, and as a person. To every person here: Thank you. And to those who might join us in the future: Let’s build something amazing together 🚀 - - - - - P.S. If you’re a brand manager or content writer, we’re growing. Let’s chat
