As architects, designers, and planners, we believe it is our responsibility to design high-performing, healthy buildings that positively impact the people, environment, and communities they serve. We have followed this mission since our founding in 1971. What began as a small commercial architecture firm has evolved into a diverse organization of ten specialized practice groups, each focusing on a particular business segment. With five decades of experience in architecture, design, interior design, master planning, branding and graphics, and programming — and projects around the world — Kirksey is a true, multidisciplinary firm with a diverse portfolio of projects.

This morning, UTHealth Houston held the Beam-Signing ceremony for the Public Health Education and Research building. In the afternoon, a ‘Hard Hat’ tour of the building was offered to attendees of the Construction Owners Association of America (COAA), followed by a networking event on the terrace of the nearby Hyatt. The Center's new exhibition, "A Doodle Diary," explores over 50 years of whimsical doodles from John’s daily routine of meetings, project design, and phone calls. The free exhibition is open to the public and runs through April 25th.
