📣 Let's challenge diet culture together during National Eating Disorders Awareness Week. Your body deserves respect and your worth isn't defined by your appearance. Here's how we can create a more supportive environment for everyone: ✨ Remember: You are beautiful in your own skin! ✨ Avoid labeling foods as "good" or "bad" — all foods can have a place in your diet. ✨ Enjoy food as nourishment and for pleasure, not something to be “earned.” ✨ Proudly wear your clothes. All bodies can wear what makes them feel confident. ✨ Silence the voice in your head telling you your body isn’t good enough. Today, we can build a world where all bodies are celebrated and everyone feels safe and supported in their journey. 💫 #KappaForMentalHealth #LivesFullyLived #MentalHealthMonday #MentalHealthMoment #MentalHealthMatters #EDAW #NationalEatingDisorderAwareness #NEDA Kappa is proud to partner with six organizations that are working to effectively address mental health topics and needs with compassion, authenticity and respect. The National Eating Disorders Association, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by eating disorders, is one of our partners.

We wish we could rewind and experience the Collegiate Leadership Summit all over again! 🙌 Spending the weekend with 650 Kappas was unforgettable. We shared ideas, built lasting relationships, and grew as leaders. We had some fun, too. 😉 🧘 Things kicked off with a moment of mindfulness because great leadership begins with self-care. 🧠 We learned from rock star keynote speaker Lindsay Boccardo and all our amazing facilitators. 🤠 And on Saturday, we grabbed our boots and cowboy hats and added a little sparkle for a disco cowgirl event that had us dancing the night away. But don’t just take it from us! Here’s what members like you had to say: “It was so inspiring to meet passionate, driven, and intelligent Kappa leaders of all ages, places, and walks of life. We shared stories, ideas, meals, and laughs with our sisters from around the U.S. and Canada. Our time in Dallas taught us how special our historic sisterhood is, and we are excited to return to the rest of our leadership team and our chapter with all of the (many!) lessons learned (including some line dances we can't wait to share with our sisters)!” – Hope A., chapter President; Summer S., VP Operations; Liv K., VP Member Development; and Pia G., VP Standards, all UC San Diego “My favorite thing learned at CLS is how to foster meaningful relationships within our chapter.” – Abigail L., Georgia Southern, VP Operations “Attending Kappa Kappa Gamma’s Collegiate Leadership Summit this weekend was yet another reminder of why I love our sisterhood. Joining over 600 other leaders, all with passion and love for our organization, was inspiring. I can easily say that we all became better leaders through collaboration, discussion, and amazing keynote speakers! Being part of an organization that prioritizes member well-being and invests in knowledge and growth is something I would not change for the world.” – Caitlyn H., Tulsa, chapter President “We had so much fun this weekend at the Collegiate Leadership Summit in Dallas! We all learned so much about our positions in Kappa and grew our love for the blue and blue! We can’t wait to share all of our experiences with the rest of our chapter! Thank you, Kappa, for a great weekend!” – Lily F., chapter President; Molly S., VP Operations; and Lauren M., VP Member Development, all Monmouth #DreamBoldlyLiveFully #KKGCLS25
