Meet Khadija Mohammed, one of our incredible team members who has made significant strides in the construction industry. Khadija was as a field engineer at JPI for 2.5 years before transitioning into her current role as Assistant Superintendent. Her advice for women considering a career in construction? “Don’t be afraid to ask questions – it's one of the best ways to learn and grow. There’s so much knowledge and insight to be gained from the people around you. For me, the word I use the most is ‘why.’ It’s a simple question, but it has helped me learn a lot about construction.” We are so proud to have Khadija on our team and we hope her story inspires others to break barriers, build confidence, and keep asking "why" to continuously improve and drive positive results. #JPI #WomenInConstruction #ContinuousImprovement

Lorena Watson, Construction Operations Manager at JPI, shares: "My advice? Go for it! Apply for that position, step out of your comfort zone, and embrace new challenges. You’ll learn something new every day and be challenged in the best way possible." Victoria Sum, Preconstruction Operations Manager at JPI, advises: "My advice to young women considering a career in real estate or construction is simple—don’t let stereotypes or self-doubt hold you back. There’s a place for you in this industry. Surround yourself with a strong support network and always trust in your abilities."
