  • Ever felt overwhelmed by the number of problems to solve in RevOps? Time to master the art of prioritization! Here are some tips: 1️⃣ Understand the business end-to-end. This helps you see the big picture and prioritize effectively. 2️⃣ Identify the most impactful problems. Not all issues are created equal. Focus on the ones that will make the biggest difference. 3️⃣ Develop a problem-solving strategy. Don’t just react to issues, plan your approach. 4️⃣ Communicate your priorities. Make sure everyone understands what you’re focusing on and why. 5️⃣ Don’t be afraid to say no. It’s impossible to solve every problem at once. Prioritize and tackle them one by one. 6️⃣ Learn from each problem. Every issue is a chance to improve your problem-solving skills. 7️⃣ Finally, remember to take care of yourself. You can’t solve problems effectively if you’re burned out. Remember, in RevOps, almost every problem is your problem. But with effective prioritization, you can tackle them strategically and efficiently. 🎖️ #RevOps #ProblemSolving #Prioritization #MasterTheArt

We used to wait. Wait for form fills. Wait for someone to request a demo. Wait for the CRM to tell us what to do. But after missing out on several high-value accounts that were clearly shopping—just not converting—we built a new system: Dark Funnel Intercepts. Now we track intent signals + anonymous web activity using tools like 6sense, Clay, Clearbit, and Bombora. And when we spot real buying behavior? We don’t wait. We fire. → Micro-campaigns go live instantly: warm-up ads, personalized content, LinkedIn touches → SDRs get alerts before the lead ever hits their queue → Attribution starts with signal, not form fills We measure success not by lead volume—but by how many real deals start from these “invisible” sources. This approach has flipped our funnel: ✅ More proactive outreach ✅ Shorter warm-up windows ✅ Higher conversion on accounts we previously never saw coming If you’re only tracking what shows up in your CRM, you’re missing the real game. Revenue lives in the shadows. Now we intercept it.

  • "Just follow the process." But sometimes, that so-called process feels more like a maze of staircases leading everywhere and nowhere at the same time. A process is only as good as its clarity and usability. Here's a thought: when laying out a process, setup an easy way to gather feedback & ideas from end users. Imagine this - as people navigate through your carefully documented procedure, they spot hiccups and inefficiencies you missed. Their insights could be gold, helping you refine and streamline every step. Without this feedback loop, and making it effortless to contribute, you're basically flying blind, missing out on valuable opportunities to enhance efficiency and improve how things are done. So, let's make processes living documents, open to evolution and improvement through direct user input. After all, the best processes are those shaped by the very people who use them day in, day out.

  • Let’s talk about the magic of HubSpot’s field change tracking—because yes, it feels like magic compared to what’s happening over at Salesforce. HubSpot not only tracks field change history for EVERY FIELD up to 20 edits, but it also shows which workflow edited it. That level of detail? Absolute gold for us Ops people who are constantly debugging data and auditing processes. It’s like having an audit log that doesn’t miss a beat, and it’s all automatic. No setup required, no fuss. Then there’s Salesforce. Don’t get me wrong, it’s powerful, but tracking field changes? You’ve got to set that up in advance, and you’re capped at 20 fields per object. It’s like knowing you need a ticket to every game in the season but only being able to go to 20 games—why the limit? 🤔 Yes there is a history of field changes on a record but not to the level of detail that hubspot provides telling you exactly WHAT (automation, integration, user etc) changed the field and to what. And let’s talk about user experience—HubSpot’s property history and timeline are not just useful, they are a lifeline. I use it all the time! It’s a straightforward way to see what’s happened over time. In salesforce? It often feels like you need a secret map and a flashlight to find what you need. 🗺️🔦 Ever found yourself wishing for a “details” button on a Salesforce flow? Yeah, me too. A billion times. HubSpot lets you see in a property view which flows modify a property, tagged neatly in the “used in” section. Simple, transparent, and oh-so-helpful. In the end, it’s about making our lives easier and our decisions smarter. HubSpot gets that. 🎯 #HubSpot #Salesforce

  • The key to effective lead engagement is creating a seamless system that empowers sales reps to follow up without friction. It’s about constructing a framework of sequences and automations that serve as a launchpad for those multiple touches, while still emphasizing the human effort that closes deals. Here’s how you can set the stage for success: 🔗 Automated Sequences: Implement automated email sequences that trigger based on lead behavior. It keeps the conversation going and ensures timely follow-up. 🔄 Workflows: Set up workflows in your CRM that remind reps to reach out at optimal times, making it easier to maintain regular contact without dropping the ball. 📊 Tracking Engagement: Use tools that track email opens, link clicks, and other engagement metrics to guide reps on when to make their move. 📝 Templates with a Twist: Provide reps with customizable email templates that save time but still allow for personalization—because authenticity speaks louder than any sales pitch. 💡 Intelligent Insights: Leverage AI-driven insights that recommend the best times to call or email, increasing the chances of catching leads when they’re most receptive. While the systems we build do the heavy lifting in terms of organization and timing, the personal touch—that effort that sales reps put into each interaction—is irreplaceable. It’s this blend of smart systems and human authenticity that transforms a sequence of touches into a symphony of sales success.

  • Starting a new RevOps job can be like entering uncharted waters, and the time it takes to get up to speed really depends on how well a company has mapped out the terrain. Here's how to navigate the learning curve when processes aren't documented: 🔸Ask Questions: Be curious and inquisitive. Reach out to team members to understand the workflows and their roles within them. 🔸Take Notes: Document everything you learn. These personal notes could become the foundation of a formal process document later. 🔸Identify Resources: Find out where the knowledge lives—whether it's in people's heads, in scattered files, or embedded in past projects. 🔸Set Mini-Goals: Break down the learning process into smaller, manageable goals. Celebrate achieving these to stay motivated. 🔸Shadow and Learn: Spend time with different departments. This cross-functional view can provide a holistic understanding of the business. 🔸Create Process Docs: Take the initiative to start documenting processes. This not only helps you learn but also adds value to the company. 🔸Request Regular Feedback: Set up a schedule to get feedback on your understanding and performance. This can help correct any misunderstandings early on. 🔸Use Technology: Leverage tools like project management software and communication platforms to stay organized and connected. 🔸Stay Patient and Persistent: Learning in an environment without documentation is a challenge, but it also presents an opportunity to showcase your ability to adapt and contribute. Remember, it's not just about getting up to speed; it's about paving the way for those who will follow. You might start with a steep learning curve, but with the right approach, you can turn this into an opportunity to shine and define.

  • If you find yourself constantly needing to manually intervene, troubleshoot errors, or follow complex steps just to keep your systems running, it’s time to hit pause and reassess. Constant manual adjustments aren’t just a headache; they’re a red flag that your technology setup might not be as efficient or optimized as it could be. 🚩💻 The goal is to streamline operations and reduce manual labor through better integrations and smarter processes. If your day-to-day involves a high degree of manual input, ask yourself: Is the technology set up in the best way possible? Are there integrations available that could automate these tedious tasks? Could a review of our processes reveal inefficiencies that technology could solve? 🤔🔧 Taking the time to evaluate your systems and processes isn’t just about fixing problems—it’s about transforming your operational workflow into a more seamless, efficient machine. Implementing better integrations and refining processes can lead to significant reductions in error rates and manual oversight, which translates into more time for strategic work that can drive your business forward. So, take that step back, survey your tech landscape, and consider where enhancements could make a meaningful difference. Remember, every minute saved from troubleshooting is a minute gained towards innovation. 🛠️
