  • Our people are our greatest strength, and their diversity is what makes us thrive. This month, we are proud to recognize and celebrate not just our women Placemakers, but women across the globe whose ingenuity, innovation, drive, energy, and caring make this world better, stronger, and more connected. One powerful way we celebrate and support women at ISS is by creating opportunities for connection, learning, and growth. As part of this commitment, we were proud to sponsor a dozen women to attend the recent SHFM WISE conference, where they had the opportunity to engage with industry leaders, share insights, strengthen relationships, and empower one another. From connecting with incredible women across our organization to learning from top industry leaders, this event provided a space to reflect, grow, and uplift one another. It reminded us of the power of women coming together to share experiences, wisdom, and encouragement. The impact of WISE extends beyond the conference—it fuels our ability to lead with confidence, build meaningful connections, and bring positive change to our industry. We are grateful for the opportunity to learn, connect, and elevate one another, and we look forward to continuing this momentum throughout the year! #IWD2025 #AccelerateAction #PeopleMakePlaces

Today, as a Facility Manager, he leads with this mindset, driving innovation, fostering inclusivity, and optimizing workspaces for safety and productivity. Even during setbacks, Emanuel takes up space, leaning into his role with resilience. He views challenges as opportunities to lead with greater impact, showing that growth often comes through adversity. Emanuel reminds us that honoring the past while embracing progress helps shape a thriving future. #BlackHistoryMonth #PeopleMakePlaces
