  • QUICK I GROOVE – ISCAR’s New Line for Precision Internal Grooving Operations   ISCAR is enhancing its solutions for internal grooving with the introduction of new precision ground inserts. The inserts feature four cutting edges and are mounted on dedicated holders that feature an internal coolant supply directly to the cutting edge. QUICK I GROOVE holders unique design allow mounting of all insert widths on a single holder, widths between 0.039” – 0.118”.

  • ISCAR’s new miniature boring bar expansion: PICCO INDEX   ISCAR’s new PICCO Index boring bars are specifically engineered for securely clamping compact indexable ISO inserts to optimize internal machining of small parts with a minimum bore diameter of 0.177”. PICCO Index bars are available in both steel and solid carbide and can accept CCGT, WBMT, or laydown threading inserts.
