This month, Illuminate USA—an advanced solar panel manufacturing facility located in Pataskala, Ohio of which Invenergy is majority owner—celebrated one year of operations. The facility is making an outsized impact on onshoring the solar supply chain, producing nearly 4.5 million American-made solar panels and creating more than 1500 good-paying American jobs.

The Invenergy-developed Delilah I Solar Energy Center has reached commercial operations in Texas. The energy generated from Delilah I will be purchased by American Honda Motor Company, Inc.. (200 MW) and Tesla (100 MW) through virtual power purchase agreements (VPPAs) and be delivered to the local grid. Invenergy has closed $1.1 billion in financing to advance three new utility-scale solar projects in Ohio, Indiana, and Tennessee. These projects—Cadence Solar (240 MW), Trade Post Solar (200 MW), and Yum Yum Solar (150 MW)—will generate 590 megawatts of clean energy once operational in 2026. This milestone reflects our commitment to delivering cleaner, more reliable, affordable energy while driving local economic growth. These projects will bring significant benefits to their communities, including job creation and over $390 million in tax revenue and landowner payments. Amidst the devasting California wildfires, we are donating to Team Rubicon, a nonprofit disaster response organization with whom we have a long-standing relationship, in support of their efforts to provide disaster relief and assist the emergency management and fire departments in the area. With thousands of trained volunteers currently in LA, the organization is tackling the work that frees up resources for first responders to address pressing emergencies.
