well done team CoderZ
Shaping the Future of Education | STEM, CTE & AI Integration | Digital Learning at Scale | Global EdTech, Workforce & BPO Strategy
We’ve just wrapped up three exciting computer science competitions across the USA for ages 8 to 14—and what a joy it’s been! Watching young, ambitious students take on challenges, collaborate, try different approaches, and learn with joy has been truly inspiring. Through our virtual platform, we’re opening the door for every student to engage—using a friendly interface and robot simulations that connect kids to the worlds of math, physics, and computer science. More than that, we’re building skills for life: problem-solving, computational thinking, and the power of teamwork. Everyone participates—girls and boys, from central cities and peripheral regions—bringing our vision to life: giving every student the chance to reach their full potential. Huge kudos to our team—and special thanks to Johnathon Maue and Randall Swartz for representing us every day with professionalism and big smiles!

Robotics is transforming nearly every industry, spanning from manufacturing to logistics to health care. As these industries explode, there is an increased demand for skilled workers who can operate robotics, control and maintain robotic equipment, and install and program automated systems. The U.S. robotics market is projected to hit nearly $80 billion by 2030, and thousands of job openings for robotics technicians and engineers are expected each year. To meet this demand, K-12 schools must prepare the next generation of robotics professionals. Intelitek has been supporting schools to build the pipeline from education to workforce for more than 40 years. By giving students hands-on experience with robotic equipment and automation technologies, they can enter the workforce career-ready. Intelitek provides the hardware, curriculum, certifications, and training environments educators need to teach industrial robotics skills in real-world contexts. Our solutions make it possible to scale robotics education effectively and affordably. We’re committed to helping students unlock meaningful careers in robotics. How do we ensure today’s students are ready for the demands of tomorrow’s workforce? The answer is simple: give students hands-on experience through real-world challenges. For 60 years, SkillsUSA has been empowering learners through these types of CTE experiences. Their regional, state, and national competitions equip students with career-ready skills that set them up for success in technical professions like robotics and manufacturing. At Intelitek, we are right alongside SkillsUSA in their mission to prepare CTE students to enter the workforce. We have proudly partnered with SkillsUSA since 1991, and as a Bronze Industry Partner, we chair the Robotics & Automation Technology and Automated Manufacturing Technology competitions. With more than 413,000 students and instructors involved nationwide, SkillsUSA gives CTE learners a platform to connect with industry professionals, test their abilities against national standards, and build confidence in their chosen field. Intelitek works in collaboration with other vendors and volunteers to ensure these competitions have the resources and personnel to engage students and provide a meaningful and rich learning experience. As SkillsUSA’s Senior Program Manager Tracy Whitehead puts it, “Business partners like Intelitek make it possible for us to achieve our mission of preparing students for career success.” 👉 Check out Graham Celine’s full story in eSchool News to see how CTE and industry partnerships are shaping the future workforce.
