Pew Charitable Trust, along with international architectural firm Gensler, recently released their “Flexible Co-Living Housing Feasibility Study," with Houston being one of two markets studied. The study proposes a prototypical building of 24 floors, 19 of which are residential, with 60 micro-apartments per floor, or 1,140 residential units per building.
