  • The biggest lie about mistakes: Here’s the truth you need to know... Social media often paints a rosy picture about mistakes, but reality tells a different story. Here's a comparison to set things straight: ❌ Every mistake you make is progress. ✅ Every mistake you fix is progress. ❌ Mistakes teach you important lessons. ✅ Learning from mistakes teaches you important lessons. ❌ Failing is just another word for growing ✅ Failing helps you see where you need to improve. ❌ Every time you make a mistake, you’re one step closer to your goal. ✅ Every time you learn from a mistake, you’re one step closer to your goal. ❌ Mistakes show you’re weak. ✅ Mistakes show you’re trying and learning. ❌ Hide your mistakes to avoid embarrassment ✅ Admitting mistakes builds trust and respect. ❌ Successful people don't make mistakes ✅ Successful people learn from their mistakes. ❌ Mistakes are permanent setbacks. ✅ Mistakes are temporary and can lead to better ideas. Understanding the true nature of mistakes can transform your mindset and approach to growth. Embrace the reality, learn, and improve. • Addiction isn’t the problem. It’s a symptom. 🌳 Addiction is like a tree—it has deep roots that most people ignore. The Tree of Addictions model explains: 1️⃣ Branches → Addictions (drugs, alcohol, food, work, gaming, shopping). 2️⃣ Roots → Emotional pain (trauma, neglect, fear, shame). 3️⃣ Soil → Toxic environments that make addiction thrive. 🚨 The mistake? Most recovery efforts trim the branches (stopping the behavior) but ignore the roots and soil (the real cause). 💡 The real solution: ✅ Address the root cause (therapy, self-awareness, inner healing). ✅ Improve the soil (healthy environments, emotional support). ✅ Understand that addiction isn’t a weakness—it’s an attempt to cope. 🚀 Healing happens from the inside out, not the other way around. What’s one habit or mindset shift that helped you overcome a struggle? Let’s discuss below. ⬇️ Credit to: Matty Piazzi ______________ Follow for more Useful Infographics

  • Here’s how to lead your people and your company to growth Great share by Mohammad Elshahat Original Post Below 👇 👇 👇 Here’s how to lead your people and your company to growth Whether you’re in an authority position or not, you’re probably leading one person or more in your life. In your circle of influence, If you’re ahead of someone by one or two steps in a certain domain, and you can offer genuine help, you’re a leader. But for your leadership style to be effective, there’s no one-size fits all approach. And this is what Situational Leadership is all about, developed by Hersey and Blanchard. Different people have different levels of readiness and require different levels of support and guidance to be successful. By adapting your leadership style to the situation, you can help people in your circle to be more effective, productive, and motivated. 𝐇𝐎𝐖❓ Using different supportive and directive behaviors across four different leadership styles. You shouldn’t approach John and Jessica in the same way. But firstly, you have to assess their level of readiness based on their competence and commitment. That’s why the same person may need a different leadership style in different situations. Let’s explain the four styles: 1) 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 Jessica newly joined the company, and she got a project she has never done before. With this style, you should give her clear instructions, provide close supervision, help in making decisions, and describe vividly what success looks like. 2) 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 Now Jessica is familiar with these kinds of projects, but she’s still struggling with some aspects of the work. With this style, you can provide her with guidance and feedback, nurture her skills, cultivate her self-confidence, and encourage her to take ownership of the project and make decisions. 3) 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 John is a competent person, he has the skills to do the job. Yet, he’s uncertain If he can achieve the goals of the job on his own. You might provide him with emotional support, encourage him, help him to stay motivated, and give him smaller milestones to achieve, and take decisions on his own. 4) 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 For this type of project, we call John, he did it over and over again. Plus, he’s completely engaged to take on the project. Now, you have to give him the full freedom to make decisions by delegating the authority and responsibility, while intervening with minimal guidance when needed, and taking charge of the outcome, of course! 👉 Above all, 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚, 𝑯𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒚, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 is what it takes to become an ethical leader who genuinely helps people and companies grow. ❌ Fail to acquire those traits, and the rest is theory. ______________ Follow for more Useful Infographics
