President & CEO | Marketing | Content Creator | I turn business goals into straightforward strategies that attract customers and boosts revenues

𝐈𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞? If your branding isn’t clear and consistent, potential clients may not recognize or trust your business. And if they don’t trust you, they won’t buy from you. Your logo, messaging, and online presence should feel seamless everywhere. This includes social media, websites, emails, and more. A strong, recognizable brand builds trust and keeps you at the top of minds when clients are ready to buy. Take a quick look at your brand. Do you think it's consistent? Or does it send mixed signals? Small changes can make a big impact. Don’t let inconsistency cost you business. #Branding #Marketing #SmallBusiness

𝐀 𝐬𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 Many years ago I remember the exact moment I knew I had grown. It was Super Bowl Sunday, the grocery store was packed, and my wife grabbed the 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐲 of fried chicken wings. Then, a stranger took it from our cart!!! My wife yelled, “𝐇𝐞 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝!” I saw him walking away and my anger flared, ready for a confrontation. Then I stopped and asked myself, “𝘐𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘩 𝘪𝘵?” Losing my peace, my reputation, or my career over chicken wings? I was an executive at a prominent company. Instead, I told my wife, “Get an employee. They will help us.” She did and the store got our wings back. The younger me wouldn’t have let it go. But growth isn’t about proving you’re right—it’s knowing when to walk away. What’s a moment that made you realize you had changed? Follow Christopher Rubalcava from Impactful Digital Marketing

𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥. 𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥. One of the most overlooked truths in business and life is that 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐦 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 for and against you. Darren Hardy’s The Compound Effect explains this concept brilliantly. Most assume doing nothing keeps them in the same spot. In reality, it sets them back. Just like skipping workouts leads to muscle loss, avoiding action leads to decline. This is why top salespeople, marketers, and leaders stay proactive. They don’t wait for urgency to force their hand. They build habits that compound 𝐮𝐩𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝, not downward. Every day, you’re making micro-decisions. Are they setting you ahead or slowly pulling you down? The choice isn’t between action and stagnation—it’s between growth and decay. Choose wisely. Follow Christopher Rubalcava from Impactful Digital Marketing

  • → 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬. 𝐈𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐭. Many believe staying in the same place in your life and career is a neutral choice. However, the book "𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅 𝑬𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒄𝒕" by Darren Hardy shatters that belief. Doing nothing isn’t staying put—it’s moving backward. Like muscle loss when you skip workouts, inaction slowly erodes progress. Life compounds, whether we realize it or not. That’s why successful people keep pushing forward. Their small, daily choices accumulate into massive results. Meanwhile, those who hesitate? They compound in the opposite direction. The scariest part? You don’t notice it happening—until it’s too late. So ask yourself: Which direction am I compounding in? If I’m not actively growing, I’m unknowingly declining. What small action can you take today to shift the trajectory? Follow Impactful Digital Marketing

𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐝𝐨𝐦 We assume age brings wisdom, but what if experience alone isn’t enough? My mentor challenged this belief, revealing that success isn’t about time—it's about doing things the right way. Learning from someone who has achieved what you want and applying that knowledge correctly is what leads to progress. If you’ve been doing something wrong for 20 years, you’re no closer to mastery than when you started. Meanwhile, someone younger, who learned the right way early on, can surpass decades of misapplied effort. Experience alone doesn’t guarantee success—correct guidance and deliberate practice do. If you're not seeing results, ask yourself: 𝐀𝐦 𝐈 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐲, 𝐨𝐫 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞?

𝐓𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞? Ever feel like you're working harder than ever, but your 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐬? Many small business owners know the struggle. Take our client Mike who owns a residential contracting company. For years, he relied on word-of-mouth and occasional flyers. (ouch 😱) Some months were great, others terrifying. He was constantly stressed, wondering if he'd have enough to cover payroll. Everything changed when Mike discovered targeted 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝-𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. It wasn't about fancy marketing—it was about finding people who actually needed his services and showing them he was the solution. By creating a simple system that attracted the right customers, Mike transformed his business overnight. Remember, your small business has potential. The customers are out there. They just need to know you exist.

  • 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐁𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 "𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞" 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 Imagine this: A customer needs exactly what you offer, but they don't know you exist. Instead, they turn to someone else. Frustrating, isn’t it? That’s what happens when your business isn’t their “𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝑪𝒉𝒐𝒊𝒄𝒆.” To win, you need to stay top-of-mind. It’s not just about having a great product—it’s about being the first choice they think of before they even start searching. The businesses that achieve this dominate their market, time and time again. Start today—focus on staying unforgettable. Build loyalty, create awareness, and become their go-to destination. • Do you know about Price's Law? It states that half of any given result is produced by just the square root of contributors. So let's say there are 25 salespeople. Only 5 of them will produce 50% of all commissions and 20 of them will produce the remaining 50% of all commissions. And the disparity grows when the number of contributors grows. Who here can explain this phenomenon?

  • 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 For years, we thought selling was about building a perfect, logical bridge between product and customer. But no matter how well we constructed that bridge, we struggled to get people to cross it. Then we realized the problem—it wasn’t the bridge itself but the connection. Our clients stood in the city of emotion, while we were stuck in logic. we weren’t reaching them where they lived. When we began speaking to their emotional needs—like the need to feel belonging, status, or control—the bridge became a smooth path they were eager to walk. Suddenly, sales weren’t about facts anymore; they were about how the product or solution made people feel connected, important, and empowered. People live in a city of emotion. Build your bridge from there, and you’ll create a path your customers want to follow. Follow Impactful Digital Marketing #marketing #sales #digitalmarketing
