🌍🚰 Cannes Lions 2023 In 2018, over 300,000 plastic bottles were either sold or distributed throughout the Palais during the annual Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. This year, a new festival partnership, the Official Green Initiatives Partnership, was launched to reduce the event's environmental footprint. In collaboration with Cannes Lions, HOPE Hydration and supported by dentsu, a leading global marketing and communication network, this partnership provided free refillable water stations to significantly reduce this number. We installed HOPE Hydration Stations throughout the festival & each Hydration Station offered festival attendees a place to refill high-quality, filtered & chilled water, while providing media partners and advertisers with an innovative platform to showcase campaigns and key messages. 5,812 bottles were refilled across the 5 days, greatly reducing the amount of single-use plastic at the festival. Alongside this activation, we've committed to cleaning up 10,000lbs of plastic from our oceans. Actions like this should be part of a wider transformation agenda for the advertising industry, to radically decarbonize and drive consumer demand for a lower carbon economy. Keep an eye out as we continue to translate this partnership to cities and events around the world and as we set a new standard for the power of collaboration and commitment to a greener future. #HOPEHydration #CannesLions #Sustainability #GreenerFuture #PlasticFree #Partnership #creativity

We were excited to bring sustainable hydration to GreenBiz 25 this week through the HOPE Hydration HydroStations equipped with filtration technology from Everpure from Pentair Water Solutions. Conference-goers experienced sustainability in action as they filled up their reusable water bottles, ultimately helping reduce the need for 3,200 single-use plastic water bottles during the 3-day event. #greenbiz25

As of this morning, over a million people walked up to a HOPE Hydration station in 2024 and #refilledwithHOPE. We're always hustling hard, but the end of the year is always important to me to stop and reflect on some of the amazing wins we've had. I hope you get a chance to do the same, and i'm excited to reshare this post in 12 months and see where this number is :)
