We had a wonderful time hosting the Grand Prize trip for our 2024 DFW Realtor Rewards Program last week! We set off to the beautiful Broadmoor in Colorado Springs where the Realtors enjoyed gourmet dining and exciting excursions including ziplining, falconry, and scenic jeep tours. It was an unforgettable trip!

Big things are happening in the City of Denton! We are nearing a major milestone with our Landmark project which will be the first master-planned development in the city. Spanning 3,200 acres, Landmark will include 6,000 homes, 5M+ sq. ft. of commercial space, 1,100 acres of parks and trails, and a brand-new H-E-B. Roads are going in, lots are being prepped, and nine top builders are on board. We are thrilled to share that we are expanding our footprint in Central Texas with the acquisition of land for our next master-planned community. Located in the City of Georgetown, Melina will bring approximately 840 homesites to market with a mix of 40’, 45’, and 50’ lots. The community name honors the land’s history of wildflowers and honey production — Melina is derived from the Greek word for honey, meli. We enjoyed partnering with Hearts & Hammers to revitalize the home of a deserving Dallas resident. The project involved a full repainting of the home’s exterior, minor siding repairs and full landscape rejuvenation, allowing the homeowner to continue living safely and comfortably in the place she has called home for five decades. Our team is proud to be part of this mission, standing alongside others to create safer, more stable neighborhoods.

Last week, big things were happening at our Pomona community in City of Manvel as we rolled out the red carpet for our fourth and final model home grand opening event! The spotlight was on our high-density product line, with beautifully designed homes from David Weekley Homes and Highland Homes taking center stage. Over 100 guests came out to celebrate, explore, and experience what makes this community so special. But the excitement didn’t stop there—one lucky realtor walked away with a $1,000 prize!
