Just ahead of the snow, we broke ground on the Reedy Creek Laboratory Complex Expansion & Renovation for the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ). This transformative project includes a new 33,000-SF office facility and the renovation of three lab buildings totaling 50,000 SF. The upgraded labs and infrastructure will enhance workflow, accommodate future growth, and support DEQ’s mission to protect air, water, and land.
