🚀 Harness + Traceable = The Future of AI-Native DevSecOps 🚀 Exciting news: Harness and Traceable are merging! This is a game-changing moment for software delivery and security—bringing together two leading platforms to give software teams a seamless way to develop, deploy, and secure applications. Why it matters: 🔹 DevOps and security are converging—fast. Businesses shouldn’t have to choose between software development velocity and security. 🔹 AI is transforming software delivery—and we’re accelerating it with a unified, data-driven agentic AI. 🔹 Security should be built-in, not bolted on— ensuring protection at every stage of the development lifecycle, from design to runtime. This is just the beginning. Together, as Harness, we’re redefining software delivery. As Black History Month comes to a close, we're reflecting on the meaningful conversations, learning opportunities, and celebrations we shared as a team. This month, we came together for a Day of Black History Month Mixers where employees: 🔹 Reflected on what BHM means to them and what they've learned. 🔹 Took part in Black History Month Trivia 🔹 Broke out into small groups to discuss impactful media, ways to continue learning, and how to have courageous conversations. 🔹 Spotlighted inspiring Black leaders and Black-owned businesses. Beyond the mixers, we honored MLK Day as a Day ON, shared weekly BHM trivia facts, and built out wiki pages with learning resources, volunteering opportunities, and book recommendations. 📚 A huge thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to these discussions. One participant summed it up perfectly: "𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘦𝘯𝘫𝘰𝘺𝘦𝘥 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘤𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘯𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘩𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘉𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦, 𝘩𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘩𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴." Black history is a year-round conversation, and we're committed to keeping it going. Let's continue to learn, support, and 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫!

Our 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐎𝐩𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 2025 report reveals a critical gap in cloud cost accountability: 🚨 51% 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 say cloud operations teams are responsible for cloud spend—while only 13% 𝐬𝐚𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐝. 💰 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐎𝐩𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, despite developers being on the front line of cloud usage. 📉 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞, leading to inefficiencies and billions in wasted spend. Harness CEO Jyoti Bansal puts it simply: “The people who are creating the expense are not accountable for it.” Developers need real-time visibility and automation to optimize cloud spending before waste occurs. 🔎 𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞: https://lnkd.in/gg2U6M8W
