Bourbon Classic 2025 was an event to remember! 🥃 Chicken Cock Whiskey showed up in true fashion, bringing great whiskey, top-tier pairings, and, of course, our life-size rooster (coming soon to a whiskey festival near you!). Friday, we participated in the Cocktail & Culinary portion of the event. Our Lead Spirit Specialist from Circa 1856, Barbie Mudd, crafted the “Fowl Play” cocktail—a masterful blend of pear brandy, amaretto, lemon juice, rosemary & ginger simple, and our Chicken Cock Small Batch Bourbon. This was perfectly paired with a dish from renowned chef Newman Miller featuring Jake’s 150 Spicy Sausage, done Thai-style with toasted rice, fresh herbs, and spices inside a lettuce wrap. A huge thank you to our team for delivering an unforgettable pairing! Meanwhile, our Rooster Ride was the center of attention, giving attendees the chance to saddle up and let loose—there was plenty of crowing in the air all night! Saturday, our National Brand Ambassador, Will Woodington, hosted a seminar titled “Chicken Cock: More Than a Name.” 60 lucky attendees got an inside look at our rich history, our modern revival, and a guided flight of four of our core whiskeys. As a special surprise, guests also got to sample our Distillery-Exclusive 15-Year and indulge in whiskey-infused chocolate truffles. Later, we joined the Taste portion of the event, pouring eight different expressions, including our core lineup, distillery exclusives, and limited-time offerings. Bourbon Classic never disappoints, and we’re already looking forward to next year.
