  • You don't need to know keywords to find the right candidate with AI 🤝 As AI becomes part of the recruitment tech stack, using shared language helps address concerns and increase agreement. We’ll provide a term related to AI recruitment use cases each week to help you get ramped up. This week’s use case: ✨natural language sourcing ✨ Natural language sourcing enables sourcers, recruiters, or even hiring managers to start a search with a question or description of a candidate in their own words. The AI processes the question and understands the idea or intent of the request.

  • We're feeling extra thankful this year 💜 We want to take a moment to thank all the people who help make Findem what it is: our dedicated team members, loyal customers, partners, and those who follow our journey here on LinkedIn. Without your continued support, we wouldn’t be where we are today. Please note that Findem offices in the US will be closed on Thursday and Friday this week to give our employees time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the company of loved ones.

  • What is ‘multichannel sourcing’? 🔍 As AI becomes part of the recruitment tech stack, using shared language helps address concerns and increase agreement. We’ll provide a term related to AI recruitment use cases each week to help you get ramped up. This week’s use case: ✨multichannel sourcing ✨ Multichannel sourcing is a talent acquisition strategy that seeks the best matched talent from any hiring channel – inbound, past applicants, referrals, alumni, talent pools, and external sourcing. Different channels signal different interest levels and awareness of an open position and employer brand. The channel source and quality of the match can be used to prioritize candidates for outreach. GenAI can be used to interpret a job description, search across data, and personalize outreach based on channel and match. Machine learning might be used with human supervision to categorize and classify data for searching. Deep learning can be used to create connections between data sets.

  • Recruiters are optimistic about job growth and recruiting demand for 2025 🙌 Despite concerns about economic uncertainty and continued fears of a recession, 7 in 10 recruiters remain optimistic about what’s to come. According to Recruiter.com's Future of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment 2025 report: ✅ Almost 1 in 3 respondents reported that they plan to increase TA headcounts ✅ More than 1 in 3 plan to hire more recruiters in the next 12 months ✅ Less than 40% report planned budget cuts, suggesting continued hiring demand The optimism among hiring professionals, combined with payroll starts and BLS forecasts, suggests that the job market remains resilient. So, while caution is always prudent, reports of a hiring downturn appear to be greatly exaggerated 👀 “Our forward looking demand is more about strategic hiring than it is about a big increase in net new headcount. The size of our TA team will remain stable, so our primary path to improvement is to increase our operational effectiveness. Table stakes for recruiter success include strong sourcing expertise and the discipline to self-monitor and continuously seek to improve upon key performance indicators.” - Amy Cropper, VP of Global Talent Acquisition, Tricentis
