"Trusted data doesn't support the supply chain. It IS the supply chain." 🔗 Today's global supply chains lose an estimated $1.8 trillion each year to inefficiencies. What if the answer isn't moving packages faster—but moving information smarter? In Episode 2 of Power House, FedEx Chief Digital & Information Officer & President of Dataworks Vishal Talwar shares his vision for the future of global supply chains, where trusted data moves seamlessly alongside every shipment to reduce friction, increase visibility and unlock a more connected world. 🌎 💪 Watch the full conversation today ➡️ https://bit.ly/4xGUmqy #PowerHouse #SupplyChain #GlobalCommerce #AI #DigitalTransformation #Logistics #SupplyChainVisibility #Innovation #FedEx #PowerHouse

You may have noticed our social content looks a little different these days. Less corporate speak. More humans. More personality. More moments that actually feel like social media. So, what changed? While many brands are competing for the same influencers, we started looking somewhere else: our own employees. Turns out, some of our best storytellers were already wearing purple and orange. In this article, FedEx Global Social Media Manager Matt Wallace shares how an internal creator squad has helped us connect with audiences in new ways—and why employee creators may be one of marketing’s most overlooked opportunities. The takeaway: Authenticity isn’t always something you outsource. Sometimes it’s already on the payroll. Read more. 👇

Internships are one of the most valuable investments a company can make in its future. FedEx is excited to welcome our Summer 2026 interns and see the fresh perspectives, curiosity, and innovation they'll bring as they learn, contribute, and help shape what's next.

On Wednesday, I had the pleasure of welcoming the newest members of Team FedEx at our Intern Welcome Week, and visiting some of our talented Flight Ops team members at our World Headquarters.   FedEx selected 225 students across the U.S. as part of our summer intern class, and I joined Rachel Parkison, a former FedEx intern and now a valuable member of our Global Communications team, for a fireside chat about career growth, leadership, and the opportunities that exist at FedEx. Rachel’s journey from intern to full-time team member is a great example of the strength of our talent pipeline and our commitment to developing future leaders. During our conversation, we reflected on my own 35-year journey with FedEx, which began as an associate marketing analyst, and discussed the importance of finding a company whose values align with your own. When your personal values and your organization’s values are connected, it creates a strong foundation for growth, purpose, and long-term success.   I also had the opportunity to meet with several teams in our Flight Ops Strategy & Planning, and Fleet Development & Supplemental Air Ops organizations. Thank you to these teams for sharing insights into their important work and the critical role they play in keeping our global network moving.   The future of FedEx is being shaped by the talent, innovation, and dedication of our people. I'm grateful for the opportunity to learn from and connect with so many outstanding team members.

At FedEx, we are constantly looking ahead to build the supply chains of tomorrow. Tony Kreager took the global stage at London Tech Week, discussing the future of AI and the global economy. The future of the global supply chain isn't just about having visibility—it's about intelligent, orchestrated action. Read the key takeaways below on how we are leveraging data and machine learning to make supply chains smarter, more resilient, and better equipped to deliver value for our customers. 👇 🔗 Check out the one of the articles highlighting this event in the comments below! #SupplyChain #Innovation #AI #LondonTechWeek FedEx Dataworks

Great to be back from London Tech Week! I had the privilege of joining an insightful panel discussion, "From Supply Chain Chaos to Control", alongside Jamal Chamariq from Estée Lauder and Vineta Bajaj from Holland & Barrett, moderated by Kate Hardcastle MBE.   Our conversation centered around a pivotal shift in our industry: moving beyond the age of visibility. For the better part of a decade, global supply chain strategy has focused on building control towers and dashboards to surface operational issues. But today, the real focus is on how we act on those insights to enable faster, more intelligent decision-making.   As I shared during the panel, what we're seeing with agentic AI is retailers asking, "How do I action that visibility?" Whether that's rerouting inventory, changing fulfilment locations, or adjusting logistics strategies dynamically, the industry is moving from insight and intelligence to orchestrated action.   As Jamal and Vineta echoed, AI is a powerful augmentation tool, but its success relies heavily on a robust data foundation, strong data governance, and organizational trust. It’s not about replacing human insight but augmenting it with powerful machine learning to drive efficiency and enhance the customer experience and unlock new solutions that create value for the global market. That's what we're building at FedEx Dataworks. Excited to continue this important discussion.

Creating unforgettable moments! More than 20 girls from Második Esély Sportegyesület // Second Chance Sports Association enjoyed two days of inspiring football activities in Budapest, experiencing once-in-a-lifetime moments around the UEFA Champions League final. For three of them, that journey led to an incredible moment: stepping onto the pitch as FedEx referee mascots at the final. Together with UEFA Foundation for Children, we’re proud to support initiatives that open doors and create real opportunities for young people, building confidence, resilience and a true sense of belonging through sport.

The era of data centers being treated as secondary is over. With global data center capacity expected to double by 2030, fast, secure, and scalable logistics have become essential to business success. At FedEx, we support the physical supply chain for AI data centers across three critical phases. The first is the build phase, which focuses on transporting power and cooling components, as well as construction-critical equipment. Next is the deploy phase, involving the secure movement and careful handling of high-value networking technology. Finally, the operate/refresh phase covers ongoing shipments of spare parts and, eventually, returns management. Ready to learn more?
