October 1st 2024, ExcelCare Health Management is proud to announce that we have reached an incredible milestone! We now operate 7 post-acute nursing facilities across the states of NJ and DE!!! Only 2 years and 10 months and we were able to grow by three - most definitely a journey of determination and hard work. While the path has not always been easy, our commitment to excellence, combined with a strong cultural foundation, has led us to this moment. We are immensely grateful for the success we’ve achieved and the outcomes that have brought us here today!
