We’re honored to share that Estes has been named to Forbes’ list of America’s Dream Employers! This inaugural list highlights companies that offer their employees the opportunity to do inspiring work, grow through engaging career development programs, and collaborate with teammates. Forbes also named Estes one of America’s Best Large Employers. This marks the fifth year that Estes has been featured on the list. These recognitions are a testament to the strength of our family inspired culture, but more importantly, a culture where our employees take care of each other each and every day. At Estes, we understand that taking great care of our employees is an essential part of our continued effort to take great care of our customers, both of which are the driving force behind our success. After nearly 30 years with Estes, Pickup and Delivery Driver Percell Bowser has hit an incredible milestone—2 million safe miles driven. But what makes this accomplishment even more special? He’s done it all by rarely leaving his home turf in Charlotte, NC. Percell’s completed a few short runs to Atlanta, GA or Richmond, VA, but has never been an over-the-road driver. He credits his accomplishment to Estes’ emphasis on safety and investment in technology.
