  • At Villa Zegna, the exclusive private club created by Zegna for one week only inside the iconic Dubai Opera, we had the honour of co-hosting “𝘛𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘓𝘦𝘨𝘢𝘤𝘺 – 𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘏𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘉𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘝𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯”, a powerful exchange bridging fashion and family with ELIE SAAB. Beautifully moderated with depth and sensitivity by Lara Mansour, the conversation brought together the Zegna and Saab families to explore how legacy is not just inherited, but consciously shaped, through vision, values, and purposeful evolution.   • Last Friday, during the Villa Zegna Dubai event, the founding family of the Ermenegildo Zegna Group and members of the management team had the pleasure of engaging with the financial community. This was an opportunity to share the Zegna brand’s vision and growth ambitions, particularly in the Middle East, a region of growing strategic importance for the brand. Edoardo Zegna, Chief Marketing, Digital, and Sustainability Officer; and Angelo Zegna, President of EMEA and CRM Director, outlined the brand’s journey from a heritage of timeless craftsmanship to a new era of iconicity, recognizability, and desirability. “People might not remember what you told them, but for sure they remember how you make them feel. Clienteling is how you make a guest feel unique”, stated Edoardo Zegna. “We’ve crafted a personalized journey for each client. This level of customization is key to elevating the guest experience and strengthening the personal relationships we have with our clients. We are evolving—beyond products, beyond stores,” added Angelo Zegna.   • The Ermenegildo Zegna Group today announced unaudited revenues of €459 million for the first quarter of 2025, -1% from €463 million in the first quarter of 2024. All three brands delivered growth in the Direct-to-Consumer channel, where revenues were up 5% in the first three months of the year, reaffirming the strength of the Group’s brands and the effectiveness of our strategy. Zegna and TOM FORD FASHION reported a 4% growth in revenues, driven by solid DTC growth, in particular in the Americas and EMEA.   • The Ermenegildo Zegna Group today announced Full Year 2024 financial results. Revenues came in at €1,947 million, up 2% YoY, led by the ZEGNA brand, whose revenues were up 6% organic. The Group’s Adjusted EBIT came in at €184 million and Profit came in at €91 million for the year.
