Some of our Dallas-based employees recently shared lunch with our friends at Jonathan’s Place. After enjoying some delicious pizza and cookies, we spent quality time making crafts, playing games, and connecting with the amazing children staying at the shelter. We also had the opportunity to tour the grounds and see firsthand the incredible resources and support Jonathan’s Place provides for those who temporarily call it home. We are proud to partner with Jonathan’s Place in their mission to offer a safe place, loving homes, and a promising future for abused and neglected children, teens, and young adults. Together, we’re making a difference in the Dallas community!

There are three main themes in the midstream sector that we see driving critical growth: 1 - We continue to see strong volume growth out of the Permian Basin where we will continue to invest capital in our midstream assets. This growth will continue to feed our intrastate segment where we have an expansion underway that will help meet power and data center demand in Texas, as well as feed our downstream NGL business. 2 - Natural gas fueled power demand will increase significantly in the future. We believe the growth needed to accommodate this demand will be significant, and we are in a unique position to capitalize on this opportunity set as demonstrated by our press release regarding our new partnership with Cloudburst for their planned data center. 3 - The global demand for US NGL production remains strong and continues to support further development of our NGL infrastructure. Our extensive asset base and the diversity of our product offerings is allowing us to deploy capital across all three of these themes, and this gives us great visibility into our ability to grow this one-of-a-kind franchise for years to come.

One of the original founders of Greenpeace told the Daily Caller News Foundation that he hopes to see Greenpeace USA lose the lawsuit [against Energy Transfer] that threatens the group’s existence. "They've got to embrace what is really true science…. They ignore massively important facts, and then make lies up to replace them. We are excited to announce a $100,000 donation to support wetland ecosystem restoration in the Old Sabine Bottom Wildlife Management Area of Smith County, Texas. This contribution, made in collaboration with Texan by Nature andOzarka® Spring Water, directly supports the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department’s Beaver Slough Wetland Restoration Project. Through this initiative, 160 acres of critical wetland habitat will be rehabilitated, ensuring long-term benefits for local waterfowl, wildlife, and natural resources. The project will be delivered by Ducks Unlimited, a leading conservation organization dedicated to preserving and restoring waterfowl habitats across North America. Last month, our Houston employees braved the cold and cloudy weather to volunteer at the Chinquapin Clay Shoot at the Greater Houston Sporting Club. From assisting with check-in to ensuring the event ran smoothly, our team was proud to lend a helping hand! The tournament was a huge success, raising nearly $195,000 to support Chinquapin’s mission of providing hardworking students with a strong, college-prep education in a supportive environment. As a nonprofit school serving grades 6–12, Chinquapin provides a 97% tuition scholarship to students from Houston’s under-resourced communities—helping them build brighter futures. We have seen a wide range of estimates for new power demand, and the broad consensus suggest that natural gas fueled power demand will increase significantly in the future. We are already seeing increasing power needs across several of our natural gas pipelines driven by AI, data center and power plant growth. Given our extensive natural gas pipeline network, particularly in Texas and Oklahoma, we believe that Energy Transfer is one of the best positioned companies in the industry to help meet this demand.
