Thank you to PECO's Government, Regulatory and External Affairs for inviting our CEO Andrew Tubbs. #EAP #Utilities
Yesterday, I had the privilege of presenting an Energy Association of Pennsylvania Harrisburg update to PECO’s Government, Regulatory, and External Affairs teams during their dynamic and innovative all-hands meeting. This opportunity allowed me to highlight the essential role that Pennsylvania's electric and gas utilities play in delivering safe, reliable, and affordable services to consumers. Our discussion covered a wide range of topics, including resource adequacy, the importance of utility and federal assistance programs for those facing financial difficulties, and our efforts to ensure that customers who can pay, do pay. Additionally, we explored the diverse career opportunities available at a utility and our commitment to developing the energy workforce of the future. #EAP #WorkforceDevelopment #Utilities

Thank you to everyone who participated in this important LIHEAP conversation with members of Congress. Education about LIHEAP and its value is key to keeping families safe.
This week hundreds of LIHEAP supporters from across the country gathered together in the name of advocacy and education on the critical value of energy assistance programs for qualifying families. Advocates met with their members of Congress and staff to share the impact LIHEAP has on their communities and stress the importance of continued support. We can wait to share more about this program at this year’s annual Consumer Service Conference on September 30 in Hershey.
We are committed to ensuring that everyone in our community has access to safe, reliable heat - especially during the coldest months of the year. This is why we are proud to partner with Peoples Energy Analytics for a pilot program to identify customers at risk of falling behind on their bills and connect them with available assistance programs.
