I was surprised that most carriers are still using desk phones or basic VoIP systems. Over the last 2 years we have seen it all, but a no brainer for me after spending time with recruiting teams is voicemail drops, as they save you 45-60 seconds per call that hits a VM.     Last week Elif & I were down in Nashville representing Double Nickel at Conversion Interactive Agency Recruitment & Retention Conference, and while it’s always great to reconnect with advisors, clients, and industry friends, a few key takeaways stood out: 📉 Market optimism is growing, but… It’s clear we’re not returning to the rates and profitability of ‘21/’22.
