About us
The CYRUS project proposes a novel training system, where a complete set of skills to be vigilant, to identify and to respond to cyber-attacks will be delivered. The framework exploits innovative methods for training implementation. Virtualisation dedicated cyber-range simulations in operational settings and work-based learning will allow timely and efficient course delivery, overcome the current hindrance, and raise interest in the awareness program and good practices. It is designed for organisations in the transportation and manufacturing industry. This project has received funding from the European Union's Digital Europe Programme under grant agreement No 101100733.

47% of CISOs see malware analysis, threat recognition and alert enrichment as top use cases for generative AI. What exactly is AI? AI stands for Artificial Intelligence and is the capability of machines to perform tasks that typically require human intelligence, such as learning, reasoning and problem-solving. In the #CYRUS project, we aim to foster a general increase in #cybersecurity awareness. This helps reduce the effects associated with #cyberattacks, which are on the rise. The digital revolution is reshaping industries, but it also brings new cybersecurity challenges. The risks are growing more complex, particularly for sectors like manufacturing and transport, where connectivity and operational technology are integral. eco - Association of the Internet Industry published an insightful article on cybersecurity trends 2025 and here are some insights for you: 🔹 AI – A double-edged sword AI enhances efficiency but also enables sophisticated cyberattacks. AI-powered defenses are now a must to detect and neutralise threats in real time. 🔹 IT supply chain security Interconnected supply chains increase vulnerabilities. Cybercriminals target suppliers as entry points, pushing the need for robust security across all partners. 🔹 Zero-trust models As remote work and cloud adoption rise, perimeter-based security isn’t enough. Zero-trust architectures verify every access request, securing operations from within and beyond. 🔹 Addressing the talent gap The cybersecurity workforce shortage is a pressing issue. Investing in talent development and automating routine processes are critical to stay ahead. For manufacturing and transport, where downtime or breaches can disable operations, these threats are not just IT problems—they are business risks. 💡 At CYRUS, we design tailored cybersecurity training courses to improve the cybersecurity skills of all-level employees and give them the means to identify and mitigate cyber threats. Our hands-on approach, tailored to the unique challenges of manufacturing and transport, supports your workforce in facing the threats of tomorrow. Our next cybersecurity training courses start in April. Stay tuned! Read the original article here: https://okt.to/Xwuf6G
