Domino's Pizza is finally releasing its own version of stuffed crust on Monday, aiming to win over the customers who are willing to spend more on the pricey pizza customization. Thirty years ago, Yum Brands' Pizza Hut debuted the cheesy stuffed crust, marketing the launch with a television commercial starring Donald Trump. As years passed, rivals Papa John's and Little Caesars eventually followed with their own takes. Trump went from hawking pizza to sitting in the Oval Office. Generations of consumers have grown up with stuffed crust, including the increasingly important Gen Z diners, who are entering the workforce and buying their own pizzas now. The addition is critical for Domino's, the top U.S. pizza chain, to compete with rivals Pizza Hut and Papa John's, which have ceded market share to Domino's in recent quarters but still steal the pizza chain's customers.

Altadena has historically been known as a hub for Black families and businesses after being one of the only Los Angeles County areas exempt from redlining during the Civil Rights movement. The town was hard hit by last month’s blaze and Altadena’s business owners are worried the fires will leave that diversity in the rubble. Yet, many in Altadena’s entrepreneurial community remain optimistic about a recovery. CNBC’s Alex Harring spoke with multiple business owners who described the lengthy and difficult roads ahead. Barbara Shay plans to rebuild the 70-year-old Little Red Hen Coffee Shop she owns, after following in the footsteps of her mother and brother. She now works alongside her daughter and grandson and is evaluating the finances for opening up a temporary storefront or popups. “I am still in shock,” Shay said in an interview with CNBC. “It’s an emotional roller coaster — not just for me, but just for everyone.”

Euro zone inflation eased to 2.4% in February but came in slightly above analyst expectations, according to flash data from statistics agency Eurostat. Economists surveyed by Reuters had expected inflation to dip to 2.3% in February, down from the 2.5% reading of January. Euro zone inflation re-accelerated in the fourth quarter, but European Central Bank policymakers remain optimistic about its trajectory. Accounts from the central bank's January meeting last week showed that policymakers believed inflation was on its way to meeting the 2% target, despite some lingering concerns.

Chinese electric car company Xpeng delivered more than 30,000 cars for a fourth-straight month in February, as its mass-market brand helped the company stand out in an otherwise tepid market. Xpeng delivered 30,453 cars last month, including more than 15,000 units of its lower-priced Mona vehicle, the company said over the weekend. Deliveries of the Mona M03, which include a basic driver-assist system, have topped 15,000 a month since December, according to company figures. Xpeng also said strong demand for driver-assist propelled deliveries of its P7+ electric sedan to more than 30,000 less than three months since its launch in November.

European allies put forward their own peacekeeping plans for Ukraine at the weekend, as well as attempting to position the region as a mediator between Kyiv and the White House after the blistering public attack on Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at the Oval Office last Friday. European leaders met in London on Sunday for a hastily convened summit that aimed to show a united front regarding Ukraine, and to present proposals aiming to keep Europe relevant to, and in the middle of, any future peace talks. Europe has been largely sidelined in such discussions in recent weeks, amid a rapprochement between Russia and the U.S. British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said after the gathering on Sunday that a "number" of allies had signed up to a "coalition of the willing" that was ready to commit peacekeeping troops to Ukraine in the event of a peace deal.

China's factory activity expanded its its fastest pace in three months to 50.8 in February, a private-sector survey showed on Monday, as millions of migrant workers returned to work after an extended Lunar New Year holiday. The seasonally adjusted Caixin/S&P Global manufacturing purchasing managers index beat the Reuters poll forecast of 50.3, accelerating from 50.1 in January and 50.5 last December. The private-sector manufacturing PMI has stayed above the 50 threshold that separates expansion from contraction since last October.
