The Old North Neighborhood had the pleasure to hear from Mr. Darin Hall from Civitas Development Group on their upcoming residential investment in Old North Dayton. Civitas, along with CityWide Development Corporation, have diligently worked to lock in City of Dayton funding that will help provide 19 new homes in the Old North Dayton neighborhood. These beautiful homes will be a part of the larger redevelopment happening at The Point during 2025 and 2026. Millions of public and private dollars are being invested on updates including: Refurbishing our beloved WWII monument park, turning an old parking lot into a NEW community park along the Great Miami River and trail, welcoming a new outdoor recreation business called Surf Dayton, and continued beautification of The Point’s green spaces. I’ll say it again, don’t sleep on Old North Dayton! Read more these new homes: https://lnkd.in/eAhve-ak
