As we embark on Women's History Month, we're reflecting on the remarkable contributions women have made to our community and how they continue to drive our region forward. This month reminds us of the pivotal role women play in mentoring future leaders and building an inclusive community where everyone belongs. Many of you are familiar with our WE Excel initiative - our suite of programs addressing unique challenges women face while developing leaders ready to tackle these issues. We're thrilled to announce our newest addition: We Thrive - designed specifically to enhance leadership skills for young professionals with fewer than 8 years of experience. We encourage you to explore this program and others offered through our Leadership Center. We're particularly proud that our Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber has prioritized access to quality, affordable childcare in our policy agenda - an issue disproportionately affecting working women. We've joined other Metro Chambers statewide to advocate for tax incentives and targeted funding for childcare providers and employers. This week, we were recognized as key supporters of two new bipartisan, bicameral proposals in Congress: the Child Care Availability and Affordability Act and the Child Care Workforce Act. This legislation has tremendous potential to positively impact millions of families while increasing workforce participation - essential for our economic growth. #CincinnatiRegionalChamber #WomensHistoryMonth #LeadershipDevelopment #ChildCarePolicy #WorkforceInclusion #EconomicGrowth
