Excited to share a closer look at the first results from our collaboration with Polyphron! Cellino manufactured four clonal #iPSC lines from demographically diverse donors using its FDA AMT-designated automated optical bioprocess. Polyphron differentiated all four lines into 3D neural tissue and used its closed-loop optimization platform to engineer a key structural feature to defined tolerances across every genetic background. All in less than 90 days from the start of the collaboration. We’re proud to publish our cross-donor tissue engineering results with Polyphron, demonstrating reproducible tissue manufacturing across genetically diverse patient lines. Cellino manufactured four clonal iPSC lines using our FDA AMT-designated automated optical bioprocess. Polyphron differentiated all four into 3D neural tissue and used its closed-loop optimization platform to engineer a key structural feature to defined tolerances across every genetic background.
