We’re excited to welcome Austin Wetzler as our new Director of Business Development at CAM Industrial Solutions! With over 12 years of experience in heavy industrial construction, Austin has worked across refining, petrochemicals, power, and emerging markets like data centers and semiconductors. Before joining CAM, he served as Senior Manager at Bay Ltd. His strong industry network and ability to tackle front-end challenges will help drive growth and expand opportunities across the U.S. Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with his wife Rachel and their three-year-old daughter Reese, who thinks he’s the funniest dad ever. With over 20 years of experience in training and organizational development across industries like engineering, construction, and pharmaceuticals, Gretcha brings a wealth of expertise. She holds both a Ph.D. and Master's degree in International Training and Organizational Development from Texas A&M University. Gretcha has led talent programs supporting global initiatives, business launches, and process improvements. Before joining CAM, she was Director of Talent Development at Zachry Engineering Group.
