Sometimes, I joke that if you start a company and simply add “AI” to its name, investors will come running. But behind the hype, there’s a deeper conversation we need to have. One statement from BetterUp at the World Economic Forum that stood out to me: “𝐀𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧’𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐣𝐨𝐛.” And they’re right. AI is a tool—a powerful one—but it doesn’t replace leadership, vision, or decision-making. AI won’t take your job. 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐀𝐈 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥.
