BXP, Inc. Chairman & CEO Owen Thomas joined David Westin on Bloomberg’s Wall Street Week to discuss. #RealEstate #CEOInsight #CRE

Pleased to welcome GoldenTree Asset Management to a 60,000 square foot space at the GM Building. GoldenTree’s expansion to the GM Building, slated for 2026, will allow the firm to create a high-performing workspace that supports its growth and success. Up and running. Enel’s Estonian solar-plus-storage is officially online, bringing close to 499 GWh of clean electricity annually to Texas. Supported by a power purchase agreement with Capri Holdings Limited (Versace, Jimmy Choo, Michael Kors) and BXP, Inc., the hybrid plant will generate enough clean energy to match the needs of 46, 000+ households—and it will strengthen grid reliability this winter thanks to its 104 MW battery energy storage system.
