Benderson has purchased Palm Bay Center, a roughly 135,000-square-foot Publix-anchored retail destination in Palm Bay, Florida. Originally built in 1979, the property is now set for an exciting redevelopment. Stay tuned - we're looking forward to what's next.

New England's beloved brand is making waves in the Sunshine State. L.L.Bean has officially opened its first  Florida store at our University Town Center in Sarasota. We're proud this iconic outdoor retailer chose our center for its exciting debut.

Our Sarasota and Buffalo offices recently welcomed a very special group of future leaders - our children - for Bring Your Child to Work Day. From testing out construction equipment and building model businesses to touring properties and test-tasting treats from our tenants, the day was packed with hands-on fun and learning. A huge thanks to our HR team for organizing such a memorable experience.💙

New year, new beginnings for one of Alaska's original enclosed malls. Portions of the former Northway Mall have now been demolished to reimagine the 30-acre site on Penland Parkway in Anchorage into a premier mixed-use property featuring industrial, flex warehouse, office, medical and retail. The demolition and other major site improvements are ushering in a lineup of new businesses, including a new 37,000-square-foot hub unit for O’Reilly Auto Parts that will open this summer. Several updated, large box spaces are ready for lease with great access and exposure to Glenn Highway. Spaces from 20,000 to 100,000 square feet are available, plus build-to-suite spaces up to 500,000 square feet.
