About us
Podcast Founder, Host: Denny Paul Co-host: Mike Burnes We are combat veterans and best friends that met while serving in the MA Army National Guard. We deployed overseas together in 2010-2011. The standards we set and habits we created were essential to our execution in doing this country’s work. Together, we successfully helped lead many complex and dangerous missions in Ghazni Province, Afghanistan. We have continued to apply high standards and strict habits into our daily lives, we look forward to sharing our experiences, both personal and professional! FEAR IS A GOOD THING‼️ Fear will keep you from attempting that thing you want so badly- whatever the thing is- new career, new body, new person, etc. This makes us think fear is bad- something to avoid as a means to protect ourselves. NEGATIVE. What we sometimes fail to realize, is that fear is a good thing. It means what you want is probably worth it. EMBRACE THAT FEELING OF UNCERTAINTY. If you don’t experience a sense of fear, your goal or objective isn’t big enough‼️ One of my favorite quotes: “Fear is a mile wide and an inch deep.” -Joe McMahan Stop procrastinating on that “thing” you want in life, start chasing after it. BE.THE.STANDARD‼️

DOO‼️ I spent the afternoon with a guy that I truly admire and consider a great friend, 🇺🇸John Doolittle🇺🇸 I was fortunate to work with “JD” during my deployment to Afghanistan back in 2010-2011, his leadership is hands down among the best I experienced while serving. JD served 29 years in the military, with the majority of that time being spent in the Navy SEAL Teams. He currently works for KAATSU Global, Inc.
