At Atlas, we believe in the power of community. This year, as an annual tradition, our team came together to make a difference through the Toys for Tots Drive, with 42 of our offices across the nation participating in this incredible initiative. Through the generosity of our team, and the leadership of Jeremy Presley of our Atlas Military Veterans Employee Resource Group (ERG), we were able to donate over 900 toys to children in need, spreading joy and warmth to families across the country. This act of kindness reminds us of the importance of giving back and supporting one another, especially during times when it matters most. A special thank you to everyone who contributed and helped make this year’s drive a success! #Community #GivingBack #SeasonofGiving #MakingADifference #ToysforTots #MilitaryERG

🌱 Driving Positive Change from the Ground Up 🌱 As we look back on the meaningful work we’ve accomplished this year, one initiative stands out: our involvement in the California Department of Conservation Plug and Seal Orphan Wells Project in the Central Valley. This crucial effort supports state and federal goals to eliminate methane emissions and other harmful gases from abandoned oil and gas wells—improving air quality, protecting environmental resources, and enhancing community health and safety. With federal funding from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), this project will help secure a cleaner, more sustainable future. Our role includes assessing orphaned wells and their sites, planning safe well plugging and facility decommissioning, removing outdated infrastructure, and restoring the affected lands. Our team brings extensive experience managing similar projects across the country, ensuring effective oversight and meticulous execution. Together, we’re making strides toward a healthier environment, stronger communities, and a legacy of environmental stewardship that will benefit generations to come. #Sustainability #EnvironmentalServices #OprhanedWells #Infrastructure #BuildingJoy

🚧 Making Progress on the WSDOT SR 520 Portage Bay Bridge and Roanoke Lid Project! 🚧 Our team is providing environmental services for this transformative project aimed at improving Seattle's transportation infrastructure. The Portage Bay Bridge will be replaced with a seismically resilient structure that enhances bus/carpool travel and extends the SR 520 Trail. 🚲 This project not only improves mobility but also contributes to environmental sustainability by introducing a new system for treating stormwater runoff, leading to better water quality. The addition of a landscaped lid between Seattle’s Roanoke Park and North Capitol Hill neighborhoods will offer a new bicycle and pedestrian crossing over I-5, connecting directly to the city’s non-motorized trail networks. 💧 📸 Here’s a glimpse from the site, curtesy of Atlas Project Manager, Austin Danforth #Infrastructure #EnvironmentalServices #StormwaterManagement #UrbanDevelopment #Transportation #WSDOT #SustainableCities #Seattle #CommunityImpact #SR520
