Early this morning, 20 pups made the journey from Pike County Animal Shelter in Kentucky. They were patiently waiting for families before devastating floods turned their world upside down. Now safe but without homes through no fault of their own, these pups are looking for a second chance—and a couch to call their own. Could it be with you? Stay tuned as these pups become available! Last week, our MLK Jr. Day of Service was paws-itively amazing! This special service event brought together volunteers (including the phenomenal Organized Impact) to create handmade items for the pets in our care, spreading comfort to so many animals in need! In total, volunteers crafted: ✨ 48 no-sew pet beds ✨ 109 tug toys ✨ 480 cat soccer balls ✨ 970 catnip sachets A huge thank you to our Anti-Cruelty volunteers for helping welcome 107 visitors who joined in to make this day a success. Together, we made a big difference for our furry friends! 🐱💙🐶
