A couple of weeks ago, I received a controversial message in my inbox about career progression for in-house videographers, selling services for... I'm not sure what exactly... To quote directly from that message, it read "their managers lack the expertise to nurture their videography talents, leaving them uncertain about career advancement and how to shape their future..." The irony being that that message came a couple of days before this photo was taken at the end of one of the most dynamic, high-profile shoots that I've been involved in. I have no doubt that some in-house videographers may feel an "absence of nurturing" in their respective companies - but not here, thank-you very much! A picture says a thousand words, so I'll save a few characters to summarise the environment at AND THE NEW - one where creativity is championed, we are challenged continuously and have a clear focus on the future.
