ZONTAL had a great time at SLAS (Society for Laboratory Automation and Screening) in San Diego, connecting with industry leaders and showcasing how we simplify scientific data preservation, standardization, and visualization. ZONTAL is a FAIR data platform that ingests, standardizes, and enriches data from various scientific instruments. Using the Allotrope Foundation's framework as the foundation for standardization, we ensure that data is structured in a FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) format, allowing researchers to access and analyze it without needing specialized tools. We also build visualizers to enhance data interpretation directly within our platform. ZONTAL ensures long-term data preservation, allowing organizations to retain access to their scientific data as technology evolves. At SLAS, we highlighted how ZONTAL streamlines instrument workflows, enabling users to send instrument requests, collect and standardize data, and maintain seamless data continuity—all within a unified platform. We also showcased our integration with our sister company, Mestrelab Research S.L., through their Mnova software, enhancing instrument connectivity and enabling a seamless process for requesting, processing, and analyzing data. Thank you to Rizwan Chaudhrey for interviewing our own Dan DeAlmeida and discussing how ZONTAL is shaping the future of data management and integration in life sciences. ➤ If you are interested in learning more, connect with our team here: https://lnkd.in/gtuWddk8 #FAIRDataPlatform #DataPreservation #LifeSciences #DigitalTransformation #FAIRData #SLAS2025 #AllotropeFramework #LabAutomation #ScientificData #AIforScience #BigData #RDM #DataIntegrity #ScientificInnovation

While working with Allotrope Foundation files, which support multiple data cubes at once, I noticed a limitation in my initial UI for MS in #OpenChrom. It could only display one mass spectrum at a time. Today's release adds a brand-new toolbar that allows you to switch between them. There are also more buttons on the toolbar. If you are curious, follow the link in the comments for more.
