We continue to seek workforce solutions and through our Medical Assistant Apprentice Program, we offer tuition for students to take online medical assistant certificate classes and we provide hands-on learning opportunities, led by Allina Health nurses. In return, they commit to work in an Allina Health clinic for a minimum of one year, and many choose to stay on for longer. Meet Deon in this video! He's a graduate of the program who hopes to continue his career by one day becoming a nurse.
