Continued revenue growth, effective cost control and a measured approach to investment have allowed us to hit this huge milestone for any company – so today really is a day to celebrate. We have made significant strides – expanding our omnichannel capabilities by acquiring Wonder Media Network and strengthening our ability to deliver larger campaigns that span audio, video, social and more. Acast has partnered with Doctors Without Borders/Läkare Utan Gränser in a pro bono initiative to support their vital humanitarian work. Through host-read sponsorships across podcasts like Spöktimmen, Tabberaset, and Flashback Forever, the campaign has gathered 50,000+ signatures in Sweden—setting a new record for the organization. “The response to the petition has been extraordinary,” says Lena Telander, Marketing Project Manager at Doctors Without Borders. Minna Brandt, Nordic Podcast Planning Director at Acast, adds, “It is truly uplifting to see the power of podcasts… and how this results in exceptional impact and conversion.” At the outset of 2025, additional podcasts in Acast’s network will join the initiative, further expanding its reach.
