Ok, nem tudo são "flores", o mercado é extremamente competitivo etc etc...mas, nenhum ambiente, time, empresa ou líder t@xico dura para sempre. Todo e qualquer profissional deve ser valorizado e respeitado em seu local de trabalho, seja pelo seu líder, colegas ou pessoas de outras áreas. Trabalhar num ambiente positivo e que preze pela cultura da colaboração, estimulando a comunicação aberta entre todos, certamente fará diferença na motivação e inspiração do time.

As per my experience, I believe that security goals for the organization or the message that security should be the priority for business, should always follow top to bottom approach. I have observed that sometimes security teams to their job very well but when it comes to remediating the vulnerabilities in application, teams always prioritize business deliveries over security. This situation will not only demotivates the security team but also creates a backdoor entries for attackers (because of existing issues in the app). So, it is responsibility of higher management to lead by example and align security needs to business goals of the organization.
