This will help to identify the outside talent that is necessary for the business to potentially be successful. By doing this, it will alleviate some of the stress of people needing to wear "hats" for which they are not well suited. Of course, in the beginning, partners will need to undertake multiple roles when resources are small, but it will help to set expectations and do the proper planning so that partners understand how long they must persist doing multiple tasks.
