I have been photographing the insects that I have found around the house and outside around the yard in Lakewood, Colorado. Never knew that I would find so many different insects to photograph, with some so small they need to be magnified to even see them, the one's large enough to make you stand back and the ones that will bite or sting making you run the other way. There are some insects that I have only found once and never again, then the ones you find every year in the warmer months, even the insects I find in the house will vary from year to year.
