Crissa Klein is a Director of Strategy for Consumer Products at Veeva Systems. She helps customers leverage Veeva’s solutions to unlock value through data-driven decision making, and to adapt to the changing needs of consumers alongside evolving quality standards and industry regulations.

Crissa has spent the majority of her career helping manufacturers and retailers optimize operations through process improvement and technology enablement. She brings to Veeva deep experience in managing risk throughout the supply chain, and a passion for enabling value chain collaboration for innovation and efficiency. Prior to Veeva, Crissa was a director of Value Engineering and Solutions Consulting at Coupa Software. She has spent more than 15 years in various global supply chain leadership roles in textiles, apparel, cosmetics and financial services. In her ten years as a management consultant, she focused on helping consumer goods manufacturers and retailers optimize their supply chains and leverage technology for transformation.
