Twin Focuses

There are two things going on here. The first is a softball game where each team must bring in a ringer to avoid a forfeit. Johnny fills in on one team while David reluctantly plays right field for the other. The second has to do with Stevie's handling of her being given the lead role in Cabaret. She and Moira are thrown together by this.

Our Lady of Perpetual Sorrow, the name of the school that Johnny (Eugene Levy ) says his Hebrew school would play in baseball, is also the name of Maddie's Catholic school in The The Suite Life of Zack & Cody (2005).

Goofs
In one scene, David slides into home plate and completely dirties the front of his white baseball uniform. In his next scene which takes place immediately after the game, his uniform is clean again.
