Kevin approached the writing stage of this serial from a completely different direction than his usual work. Instead of writing out a script first, he wrote an outline of scenes and ideas. Each scene told him what kind of animation work and characters he would need, so Kevin would do the photoshop cell erasing work first, then he would improvise the scene based on what the stock animation allowed him to get away with. Each scene was done individually, instead of as one episode, and they were made out of order, and dropped into a YouTube playlist. When you watch the scenes individually, it feels like you're watching Cut Scenes from a Video Game.
