Goofs

Meg claims 1/3 of the value of the property & proceeds to do her own assessment. She claims to have been fair, & later says the house is not increasing in value, but, even if she is entitled to a third of the estate, she is only entitled to 1/3 the value of the property at the time of Emily's death, not the current value following all the improvements Jenny & Brian have made.
