DiSanto has been shooting Brit porn for many years now, and some of the wear and tear of repetition is showing. This recent release for his premiere label daring! Media has Mike Angelo in the same role he played in the new Digitial Playground "A French Affair" that DiSanto also directed, and also seems a carbon copy at times of other of his earlier daring! releases like "Pretty Little Playthings" and "The Velvet Lounge".

Light on story, it's basically five sex vignettes all shot on the same set, the luxurious title location where gambling, drinking and humping are delivered in equal measure within the confines of a private gentleman's club in London. If DiSanto were ever to go straight and make a mainstream film (unlikely given his career arc in porn) he could tackle a drama about London's Playboy Club in the '70s or perhaps a Paul Raymond tale (it would automatically be better than the atrocious Winterbottom/Steve Coogan disaster of a biopic) using the same style and atmosphere. Don't know how, but perhaps he could tone down the XXX content to just soft-core.

Angelo the owner and resident pimp's partner in crime is almost inevitably Jasmine Jae, the most successful of the Brit Porn Queens to crash Chatsworth society, and almost a good luck charm in these productions. Group sex is emphasized, with Jae sinuously and tantalizing joining in briefly with the clients and her girls assigned to them, reminiscent of the traditional Brothel Madam's behavior of yore. "Casino Erotica" is basically a gussied-up brothel, but DiSanto omits the entertaining aspects of music and heavy atmosphere associated with Storyville or Parisian incarnations.

New talent includes busty Jaiden West, not given any dialog plus the attractive Chloe Lacourt. Best femme performance is given by Amirah Adara who reminds me of both Abella Danger and Gracie Glam - a neat combination. Chief overall disappointment is that daring! Media, whatever its nationality has become (Dutch I guess) usually puts out product a step above the competition, but this one is pretty much at the same level as DiSanto's assembly-line porn delivered to rival labels.
